Beautiful windows can change the whole feel of your home. REHAU Rio flush-sash windows combine the balanced proportions and neat detailing of traditional joinery with the warmth and easy care of modern PVCu. The opening sash sits level with its outer frame, giving a smooth, elegant finish that looks just as good on a contemporary house as a period-inspired home.

01
The detail that makes the difference
Rio’s flush exterior gives the window a clean, balanced appearance. Refined corner joints, well-proportioned panes and carefully chosen handles create a finished look. Choose uninterrupted glass for a crisp modern elevation, or considered decorative detailing to complement an older home.
02
A colour to fall in love with
Crisp white can lift a rendered house; a dark frame can define the glazing; a woodgrain finish brings a softer, timber-like character. Coordinate windows, doors and roofline, or choose a contrasting exterior with a light interior. We’ll help you compare real samples in daylight.
03
Good looks you can live with
Modern insulating glass and effective seals help retain warmth, while suitable acoustic glazing can address outside noise. PVCu frames keep regular repainting off your list. Simple cleaning and routine care of the moving parts help your windows stay attractive and easy to use.

Useful answers
Before you choose
Does a flush window open?+
Yes. Flush describes the closed appearance. Opening arrangements still need to be selected for ventilation, cleaning and the room layout.
Is Rio automatically suitable for a conservation property?+
Appearance alone does not establish suitability or permission. If the property is protected or in a conservation area, establish the requirements for that building before ordering; match profiles, materials and glazing details to the agreed specification.
